13^th China International Photograph & Electrical Imaging Machinery and Technology Fair

June 6-13, 2010

This is one of the most prominent annual gatherings of the imaging industry in Asia. A large number of foreign firms will be in attendance, including Sony, Nikon, Canon, etc. More than 200,000 people attended the fair last year. Official website here (Chinese only). 12^th China Shanghai Interphoto & Digital Imaging Exhibition

July 1-4, 2010

Following in the wake of the World Expo, this fair adopts the slogan “Better Imaging, Better Life”. It’s fascinating to note that Canon, who skipped PMA this year, will be doubling it’s floor space at the show, signifying the importance of the Chinese photography market. Official website here.
