At Aputure, we set the bar for creating accessible tools for content creators and filmmakers alike. Sometimes, something slips through our attention to detail. When it does, we fix it.
The first batch of Light Storm 1200d Pro rolling cases may have a potential manufacturing defect. We made some minor re-designs and are now producing those improved cases.
Aputure prioritizes the needs of our collaborators. In an effort to mitigate this issue, we are announcing the free LS 1200d Pro Rolling Case Replacement Program. These cases are for anyone who purchased and received the LS 1200d Pro between December 2021-March 2022.
Please complete this web form to submit a replacement request. After we receive your replacement request, we will contact you to replace your rolling case. There will be no charge for this replacement.*
